Moderna: A cancer vaccine will be ready by 2030

The American pharmaceutical company “Moderna” revealed that “the vaccine it is developing to treat cancer will be ready by 2030.”

And the British newspaper “The Guardian” on Friday quoted the chief medical officer of “Moderna” Dr. Paul Burton as saying that he believes that “a vaccine targeting different types of malignant tumors will be ready by the end of the current decade.”

“This highly effective vaccine will likely save millions of lives,” Burton said.

“Moderna, which created a pioneering vaccine for the Corona virus, is confident that vaccines for cancer, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases and other conditions will be ready by 2030,” the medical official said.

He added, “The expected vaccines have enabled us to cover multiple respiratory infections with one injection, which allows people at risk to be protected from coronavirus, influenza, and respiratory syncytial virus.”
