Iran has suspended flights to India and Pakistan, one of the first countries to face the new wave of the Coronavirus pandemic around the world.

A spokesman for the National Aviation Federation of Iran, Mohammad Hassan Zibash, made a written statement on the matter.

Zipash said in the statement that flights to India and Pakistan will stop from 24:00 tonight.

Connecting flights from these two countries are also banned.

Noting that there are currently restrictions on flights to 41 countries, Zebach stated that the guests from the countries included in the list are “very dangerous”.

It is important that they get tested for Covid-19 again in Iran.
