Turkey launches Operation “Arn Siege 37” against PKK terrorists


The Turkish Ministry of the Interior announced the launch of Operation “Arn Siege 37” against the terrorist “PKK” organization in the district of Çukurja in the southeastern province of Hakkari.


The Interior Ministry said in a statement Thursday that 648 security personnel are participating in the operation.

And confirmed the continuation of operations against the terrorist organization until it is uprooted from its roots.

The Ministry of Interior began a series of “ARN” operations against the terrorist “PKK” in January 2021.


It is noteworthy that the name “Arn” was given to these operations in relation to the Turkish young man, Arn Bulbul, who was martyred by terrorists of the organization on August 11, 2017.
