Turkish Meteorology warns of heavy rain in Turkish Provinces


According to the warning issued by the Directorate General of Meteorology, the weather tomorrow will be partly cloudy and very cloudy in the northern, interior, and eastern parts of the country.


In addition to the southeast of Marmara, the interior parts of the western Mediterranean, the western and central coasts of the Black Sea, the eastern Black Sea.

Also northeastern Anatolia, the vicinity of Kocaeli, Tokat, Sivas, Malatya, north of Istanbul and Karakalı, and the coastal areas of Balikesir.

It is expected that there will be thunderstorms in some places, and the weather will be less cloudy and clear in other places.

Heavy rainfall is also expected in the eastern Black Sea, the Ardahan region, and in the northern parts of Erzurum.

It is estimated that air temperatures will be 2 to 4 degrees below seasonal normal in the north and inland, and around seasonal holidays elsewhere.


It is expected that the winds will blow from the north and from the coasts of the Mediterranean and from the east and southeast coasts of Anatolia from the west and southwest, moderate at times.

And from the north and north-east directions in the southwest of the coast of Marmara and the north of the Aegean Sea.

Tomorrow afternoon, high winds and storms are expected from the south and southwest directions in southeastern Anatolia and southern Van.

In addition to the northern parts of Batman, Sirnak, and Hakkari, strong storms are expected in the higher parts.
