Turkish Defense Minister is on a visit to Pakistan


On Tuesday, Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar headed to Pakistan on an official visit, during which he will meet with a number of officials.

Akar is expected to meet with his counterpart Pervez Khatak, Minister of Military Production Zubaida Jalal, and Commander of the Land Forces Qamar Javed Bajwa.


During his meetings, Akar will discuss cooperation in the military, security, and defense fields between the two countries.

Akar is also expected to discuss regional issues following the recent developments in Afghanistan.
