Ismail Demir, head of the Turkish Defense Industries Organization of the Presidency of the Republic, said that his country’s defense products received great attention at the Doha International Maritime Defense Exhibition and Conference “DIMDEX 2022”.

Demir said in a statement on Tuesday that Turkey has a large participation, as in previous years, and a prominent imprint through its products, especially the marches, air platforms and other defense products.
He added that the Turkish participation was welcomed by the Qatari authorities, pointing to the further strengthening of the level of friendship between the two countries within the framework of the exhibition.
He stated that during the bilateral meetings between officials of the two countries, they discussed ongoing projects in various fields, which will be implemented in the future.
And on Monday, the activities of the seventh edition of the Doha Maritime Defense Exhibition “DIMDEX 2022” kicked off in the Qatari capital.

The exhibition will be held at the Qatar National Convention Center and will last for 3 days until March 23, and more than 200 entities from more than 20 countries are participating in the exhibition.
Among the participants were 32 Turkish defense industries companies, in coordination with the Defense Industries Authority and with the support of the Turkish Defense and Aviation Industry Exporters Association.
