Turkish security forces arrested 6 PKK terrorists and seized large quantities of ammunition and explosives in the southeastern province of Hakkari.

A statement issued by Hakkari province said Thursday that the gendarmerie launched an operation to detect and curb the activities of the terrorist organization in Yuksak Ufa district of the state.
The statement indicated that the gendarmerie forces seized large quantities of ammunition and explosives on a farm, including anti-armor shells, various explosive materials, detonators, materials and supplies used in the manufacture of explosive devices belonging to the terrorists.

The statement pointed out that the security forces arrested 6 members of the terrorist organization, stressing that the operation is still ongoing in the region to pursue the terrorists.
