Officials from the “Taliban” government, the Turkish Red Crescent and the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) also participated in the ceremony.

The aid arrived in Afghanistan as part of the fourth Turkish “good train” and included various foodstuffs that were distributed to the needy.

In a speech during the ceremony, Ambassador Arginai said that the aid sent from Turkey via the “Train of Goodness” reaches all parts of Afghanistan.
