The Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) has established a list of judges and prosecutors who will be subject to a first-rate review.
The list included the names of 32 judges, 12 prosecutors, and two administrative judges.
As of April 30, 2021, the list of judges and prosecutors in the civil and administrative judiciary who will take the first-semester examination has been published in the Official Gazette.

The decision stated that those who will enter the first-class promotion examination in April 2021 are not on the list.
He also stated that those who were not able to see their names on this list despite being promoted to First Class and had finished their studies could request to have their status checked by applying in writing to HSK within one month.
