Turkish Red Crescent President Karim Kınık emphasized the importance of donating blood and said:
“Blood is a tissue that cannot be done in laboratories, however, it can be cured if given to a person.
Blood is not an urgent need, but it is an ongoing need.
Our blood donations and the national blood stock decrease, especially with the impact of the global epidemic and worrying Ramadan, and they require a call for national mobilization.
We have arranged them according to the times of Iftar and Suhoor.

Donors exempt from curfew restrictions on weekends and after 19:00 PM can come to the blood and donate centers within 15 minutes.
