In statements to local media, Zelensky said that the first document was concerned with the security guarantee for Ukraine, and the second was related to the relations that would link Kyiv with Moscow.

He pointed out that Moscow wants to conclude an agreement from a single document that includes a solution to all issues between the two countries.

He stressed the readiness of Britain, the United States, Italy and Turkey to be guarantors of security in Ukraine.

Zelensky stressed that the liquidation of Ukrainian soldiers in the city of Maripol would end talks with Russia.

On February 24, Russia launched an attack on Ukraine, followed by international rejection and severe economic sanctions against Moscow.

Which requires the end of its operation for Kyiv to abandon plans to join military entities and adhere to neutrality, which the latter considers an “interference in its sovereignty.”
