  • 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • 120 gr of butter
  • 1 tablespoon hot red pepper
  • Yoghurt
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Preparation of the Yogurt Kebab Recipe:

  1. Add the cubed lamb, onion, salt and pepper into a bowl and knead by hand
  2. Pass the meat into the skewers and prepare kebab
  3. Heat the butter in a pot
  4. Add the dried mint into the melted butter and the pita bread you cut.
  5. After the pita bread is cooked in the butter, place them in a separate place.
