Turkish exports grew 9.2 percent in September

Turkish Trade Minister Mehmet Muş said that his country’s exports achieved a growth of 9.2 percent last September, compared to the same month last year.

This came in a statement Tuesday about the ministry’s provisional statements on Turkish foreign trade.

The Turkish minister added that his country’s exports achieved during the past month, revenues of 22 billion and 616 million dollars.

He explained that Turkish export revenues in September 2022 were the highest ever compared to the same month over the past years.

On the level of imports, the Turkish minister said that they increased by 41.5 percent during last September to reach 33 billion dollars.

He stated that the volume of Turkish foreign trade during the past month amounted to 55 billion and 616 million dollars, an increase of 26.3 percent.
