The states of Bursa, Yalova (Northwest) and Mugla (Southwest) hosted various activities within the framework of the “Turkish Cuisine Week”.

The activities of the “Turkish Cuisine Week” will be held under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic and the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism between May 21 and 27.

The events included introductory presentations of the various local foods belonging to each state, and they are distributed to local and foreign visitors.

In this context, celebrations are taking place in 81 provinces and in Turkish embassies, consulates and foreign diplomatic missions around the world.

The book “Turkish Cuisine with Historical Recipes” prepared by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism will also be introduced within the framework of the activities.
