The value of Turkey’s mining sector exports during the first 11 months of this year exceeded $11 billion.
This is an increase of 49.7 percent compared to the same period last year.

According to data from the Istanbul Metal Exporters Association “İDDMİB” on Tuesday, the value of the mining sector’s exports during the mentioned period amounted to 11 billion and 100 million dollars.
He pointed out that Germany ranked first in the value of its imports from Turkey, recording $1.2 billion.
It was followed by Italy with 685 million dollars, and then the United Kingdom with 552 million dollars.

The aluminum sector ranked first in terms of the value of the sector’s exports with $4.5 billion, then iron and steel products with $2.19 billion.
