The Akyaka region of Muğla Province, western Turkey, received a large number of local tourists during the Eid al-Adha holiday.
The city of Akyaka is a tourist area famous for its sandy coasts, pure water, and picturesque nature.
Due to the large influx of visitors, the inns and boutique hotels were filled with visitors during the Eid al-Adha holiday.
Local visitors come to the area to spend their vacation, enjoy sunbathing on its sandy beaches, and swim in the cool blue waters of Gökova Bay.
The region also provides tourists with the opportunity to raft in the Kaden Azmaghi River, which resembles a natural aquarium, and to exercise alone with nature in the mazes formed by reeds.
