The Turkish Ministry of Defense said that the ship loaded with corn, which departed from the Ukrainian port of Odessa, is expected to arrive at the entrance to the Istanbul Strait at around nine o’clock on Tuesday evening (18:00 GMT).

And it stated in a statement on Tuesday that the ship, which departed from the port of Odessa on Monday, is expected to arrive at the entrance to the strait from the Black Sea side at around 21:00.
She noted that the joint team from Turkey, Ukraine, Russia and the United Nations will begin examining the ship on Wednesday morning.
And on Monday, the Turkish Ministry of Defense announced that the first ship loaded with corn left the port of Odessa under the grain shipment agreement at 08:30 (Turkey time / GMT 3), heading for Lebanon.
On July 22, under the auspices of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, a signing ceremony took place in Istanbul for the “Document on the Initiative for the Safe Shipping of Grain and Foodstuffs from Ukrainian Ports” between Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and the United Nations.
