In a tweet on Twitter, Borrell indicated that he had signed a cooperation agreement with Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan in Riyadh.
In order to coordinate permanent communication between the two sides in the fields of politics, social economy, security, and others.
He pointed out that the European Union started the first “human rights dialogue” with Saudi Arabia.
