Ingredients for Potato Kebab Recipe

  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of allspice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of yogurt
  • 1 pinch of finely chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
For Potatoes:
  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
For the sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 cups of water

How to Make The Potato Kebab Recipe?

  • First, let’s prepare the meat. Put all the ingredients necessary for the dumplings in a deep bowl and knead nicely, until all the ingredients are intertwined. Shape the dumpling mortar you prepared and leave it to rest on one side.
  • Peel the potatoes and slice them into rings. Pour the olive oil over them, sprinkle red pepper and grate the garlic. Mix it gently with your hands.
  • Place the meat and potatoes in a round baking tray.
