The Turkish city of Istanbul will host the International Summit on Strategic Communications “STRATCOM 21” on December 11-12.
“The countdown to Istanbul’s hosting of a very important international summit has begun,” said Fahrettin Altun, head of the Turkish presidency’s communications department, in a tweet on Saturday.

“During the Stratcom Summit, world-renowned experts will present their groundbreaking ideas in the areas of information warfare, public relations, public diplomacy and new media,” he added.
Alton attached his tweet with a video clip in English to introduce the summit.
