The delegation of the Joint Coordination Center in Istanbul on Wednesday completed the inspection of the Ukrainian grain ship “Razoni”, loaded with grain, to head towards Lebanon.
The inspection of the ship took an hour and a half.

Earlier today, members of the Joint Coordination Center in Istanbul began inspecting the “Razoni” ship loaded with corn at its mooring site, north of the Bosphorus Strait in Turkey.
Representatives of Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and the United Nations left on Wednesday morning the headquarters of the Coordination Center in Istanbul towards the ship anchored in the “Rumlifanar” area of the Bosphorus.
The members of the coordination center arrived at the ship by 10:40 (Turkish local time) to begin inspection work on the grain ship according to the principles agreed upon in the “Document on the Initiative for the Safe Shipping of Grain and Foodstuffs from Ukrainian Ports” between Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and the United Nations.

The grain ship is scheduled to continue its journey towards the Lebanese port of Tripoli, where its last destination is, after completion of inspection work and obtaining the approval of the Joint Coordination Center in Istanbul.
On Tuesday evening, the Turkish Ministry of Defense announced the arrival of the “Razoni” ship at the entrance to the Bosphorus Strait in Istanbul, after its departure on Monday morning from the Ukrainian port of Odessa.
On July 22, under the auspices of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, a signing ceremony took place in Istanbul for the “Document on the Initiative for the Safe Shipping of Grain and Foodstuffs from Ukrainian Ports” between Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and the United Nations.
