The Turkish presidency announced the holding of the second edition of the Stratcom Summit on December 2 and 3.
The Turkish presidency’s communication department said on Wednesday that the second edition of the summit will be held in Istanbul under the slogan “Strategic Communication in the Age of Uncertainty.”
And she explained in a statement that expert personalities from around the world will participate in the summit, and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will address them with a visual message.
The statement stated that the head of the Communication Department, Fakhruddin Altoun, will deliver the opening speech of the summit, which will be held for two days, in the presence of 52 speakers from 24 countries.

Among the speakers at the summit are experts in the field of strategic communication, leaders, academics, representatives of the public and private sectors, and media professionals.
The summit will discuss many issues, especially combating disinformation, the citizen-centered approach to communication, digitization, and public communication.
The summit venue in Maslaq is expected to host platforms for the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation, Anadolu Agency, Turkish Airlines and YouTube.
The first edition of the summit was held on December 11 and 12, 2021 in Istanbul, with the participation of local and foreign experts.
