Turkish “Tika” holds Ramadan Iftar tables for thousands of Afghans

The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) held Ramadan Iftar tables for nearly five thousand people in Afghanistan during the holy month of Ramadan.

A statement by the agency’s office in Kabul said on Saturday that TIKA held breakfast tables for about 5,000 people throughout the country throughout Ramadan.

He explained that orphans and students made up the majority of the people who participated in the Iftar.

For his part, the agency’s coordinator in Kabul, Zuhdi Shell, expressed his happiness to meet the Afghans at breakfast tables.

He explained that the agency will provide aid to orphanages in the near future.

He added that they will implement projects for the development of the Afghan people.
