Turkey’s food exports to the United States grew by 76 percent last January, compared to the same month in 2021.
The value of food exports to the United States amounted to 120 million dollars last January, Birol Çelb, deputy head of the coordinator of export unions in the Aegean region of Turkey, said in a statement.

He added that the total Turkish food exports to the United States amounted to one billion and 94 million dollars during 2021.
He explained that the Aegean region’s exports accounted for 30 percent of the total food exports to the United States during the past year.
