This came in a statement published by the Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) on its website.
Afad said that a 4.3-magnitude earthquake was recorded in the district of “Kigi” at 15:27 local time (12:27 GMT), and reported that the tremor occurred at a depth of 12 km.
