On Tuesday, Turkish coast guard teams rescued 5 irregular migrants in the western province of Mugla.
A statement issued by the Turkish Coast Guard Command stated that its crews had received a report of the presence of 5 irregular migrants in a rubber boat off the coast of Bodrum district in Mugla.

It added that the teams went to the aforementioned site and rescued 5 irregular migrants who were pushed by the Greek authorities into Turkish territorial waters.
It added that the teams later referred the migrants to the state’s immigration department, after completing legal procedures for their right to command the coast guard.
