It was published on the website of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.

The report stated that the investigation conducted by the two organizations concluded that there are reasonable grounds to believe that all parties to the conflict in the Tigray (North) region were committed to vary degrees.

In addition, there are violations against international human rights, humanitarian law, and refugee law, some of which may amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity.

The report reviews the devastating effects of the conflict on civilians and details a series of violations and abuses.
