Two Turkish soldiers martyred in northern Syria

On Wednesday, the Turkish Ministry of Defense announced the martyrdom of two soldiers in an attack by PKK/YPG terrorists in northern Syria.

A statement issued by the ministry stated that two soldiers were seriously wounded as a result of a terrorist attack on a military point in the area of ​​the “Euphrates Shield” operation.

He added that although the two soldiers were immediately transferred to the hospital and medical staff intervened, they died.

It is noteworthy that the Turkish forces, in cooperation with the Syrian National Army, carried out operations “Euphrates Shield”, “Olive Branch” and “Spring of Peace” in northern Syria against the “ISIS” and “PKK/YPG”.

Through these operations, the three thousand kilometers of land were cleared of terrorists and provided the opportunity for thousands of Syrians to return safely to their lands.
