Two people linked to ISIS arrested in southern Turkey

On Wednesday, the Turkish authorities arrested two suspects belonging to the terrorist organization “ISIS” in the southern state of Mersin.

The gendarmerie command in Mersin said in a statement that it launched a search operation to arrest two people linked to the terrorist organization in the regions of “Toroslar” and “Mezitli”.

Ir added that its teams carried out a raid on the addresses of the accused, arrested them, and found many digital devices and documents at the two addresses.

Legal procedures continue against detainees in the gendarmerie command.
