Agca pointed out in a statement on Friday that there are a large number of orphans without protection and care in the region.

He stated that the authority distributes regular cash assistance on a monthly basis to 23,943 orphans in Syria within a system designated for their care.

He added: “Due to the approach of winter, we have distributed clothes to 8,500 orphans living in the areas of Idlib, Azaz, Al-Bab, and Jarablus.”

He pointed out that the authority’s teams transported children to its free stores in those areas to choose the clothes they like.
