According to a tweet via the Turkish Foreign Ministry’s account on Tuesday, the two sides discussed bilateral relations and regional and international developments.
It is worth noting that the US Congress delegation headed by Shelby met the Turkish presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalin in Istanbul on April 17.
