On Monday, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu arrived in Beirut to meet with Lebanese officials.

Çavuşoğlu was received at Rafic Hariri International Airport by Ankara’s ambassador to Beirut, Ali Barish Ulusoy.
On the Lebanese side, the reception was attended by Abeer Ali, representative of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdullah Bou Habib.
On Tuesday, Çavuşoğlu is scheduled to meet with Lebanese President Michel Aoun.
Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, Prime Minister Najib Mikati, and Foreign Minister Bou Habib.

According to a statement by the Turkish Foreign Ministry on Monday, the discussions and meetings will review the steps that can be taken.
To continue developing bilateral relations in various fields, as well as regional and international developments.
