The number of beneficiaries of the free services of the medical centers of the Turkish “Doctors Around the Earth” association in northern Syria reached nearly half a million patients within 3 years.
The association provides its services to the Syrians affected by the war in the country through its centers in the towns of Soran (Azaz region) and Jindires (Afrin region) in the countryside of Aleppo governorate and Sluk (Tal Abyad region) in the countryside of Raqqa governorate.

According to the association’s day officials, nearly 500,000 patients benefited from the free services of these centers within 3 years.
The centers include various departments, including the interior, children, ear, nose and throat, gynecological, dermatology, dental, and analysis laboratories.
The centers witnessed 240 births under the supervision of specialized staff in the field of obstetrics. In a statement, the association’s official in Syria, Jihad Weiss, said that they are working to meet the medical needs of the Syrians.
He stated that they also provide medicines free of charge to patients, expressing his thanks to the donors, and he also thanked Turkey for standing by the Syrians.

In turn, “Umm Muhammad”, who was displaced from Deir ez-Zor governorate to the Azaz area, said that she benefits from the various services of the medical center free of charge, expressing her thanks to the association.
For her part, Mariam Ali, a displaced woman from Aleppo, said that she is receiving treatment at the Gynecology Department.
She praised the performance of the doctors in the center and their close attention to patients, and thanked the Association of Physicians Around the Earth.
