Turkish Defense: Two terrorists neutralized in northern Syria


On Saturday, the Turkish Ministry of Defense announced the neutralization of two YPG/PKK terrorists in the area of Operation Euphrates Shield in northern Syria.


The ministry said in a statement that the two terrorists were preparing to carry out an attack on the “Euphrates Shield” area before the Turkish forces were able to neutralize them.

The Turkish army managed, through Operation Euphrates Shield, launched on August 24, 2016, to purify 2,055 square kilometers of land in northern Syria from the hands of terrorist elements.
