On Wednesday, the Turkish Ministry of Defense announced the neutralization of 9 YPG/PKK terrorists in the Euphrates Shield area in northern Syria.
The ministry said in a statement that the Turkish army was able to neutralize 9 terrorists from the organization after they opened fire towards the “Euphrates Shield” area.

She added that the number of terrorists who were neutralized today rose to 14.
Earlier today, the Turkish Ministry of Defense announced the neutralization of 5 PKK terrorists with an air strike in northern Iraq.
The Turkish army managed, through Operation Euphrates Shield, launched on August 24, 2016 to clear 2,055 square kilometers of land in northern Syria from terrorist elements.
