The Turkish Ministry of Defense announced that 11 PKK terrorists had been neutralized during the Operation Lightning Claw and Thunderbolt Claw in northern Iraq.
The ministry said in a statement on Thursday that there is no escape for terrorists from the Turkish army.

She explained that the forces participating in “Lightning Claw” and “Thunderbolt Claw” operations in northern Iraq managed to neutralize 11 PKK terrorists.
On April 23rd, Turkey simultaneously launched “Lightning Claw” and “Thunderbolt Claw” operations against the PKK in the areas of “Matina” and “Afshin-Basian”.
It is noteworthy that “PKK” takes its stronghold in the Qandil Mountains in northern Iraq, and is active in many cities, regions and valleys, from which it launches attacks on the Turkish interior.
