Turkish Airlines announced on Friday the extension of the suspension of its flights to and from Ukraine, Belarus and the Russian cities of Rostov and Sochi.
Turkish Airlines said in a statement that it had canceled its flights to and from Ukraine, Belarus and Russia’s Rostov until May 15.

It added that it canceled its flights to and from the Russian city of Sochi until April 18.
The cancellation of Turkish flights to these destinations comes against the backdrop of the Russian attack on Ukraine in late February, and Ukraine’s closure of its airspace to civilian aircraft.
