The unemployment rate in Turkey fell to 8.5 percent last October, recording its lowest level since November 2012.
According to data from the Turkish Statistics Authority on Monday, the unemployment rate decreased by 0.5 points in October compared to September 2023.
According to the data, the number of unemployed people throughout the country decreased to 2 million and 961 thousand people.
The statement indicated that the percentage of unemployed among males is 7 percent and 11.3 percent among females.
