Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan participated in the opening ceremony of 244 projects in Samsun, northern Turkey.
In his speech at the opening ceremony in Republic Square in the state of Samsun, he indicated that the value of the inaugurated projects amounted to 5 billion and 880 million Turkish liras (about 315 million dollars).
Among the projects that were opened were the Wazir Kobri State Hospital, a road linking the Asarcik and Kawak regions of Samsun State, and the Balija May 19 University Residence.
The Turkish president stressed that the new projects will contribute to the growth of the state of Samsun at various levels.
