Turkey launches Operation “Arn Siege-33” against PKK terrorists

The Turkish Interior Ministry announced the launch of Operation “Arn Siege-33” against the terrorist PKK organization in the southeastern province of Diyarbakir.

The Interior Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday that 1,544 security personnel are participating in the operation.

She stressed the continuation of operations against the terrorist organization until it is eradicated from its roots.

The Ministry of the Interior began a series of “ARN” operations against the terrorist “PKK” in January 2021.

It is noteworthy that the name “Arn” was given to these operations in relation to the Turkish young man, Arn Bulbul, who was martyred by terrorists of the organization on August 11, 2017.
