According to data from the Turkish Statistics Authority released on Monday, inflation rose on an annual basis in September to 83.45.
The consumer price index in Turkey measures the changes that occur in the general level of prices, based on tracking a basket that includes all consumer goods and services.

The authority said in a separate statement today that the producer price index during September rose by 4.78 percent on a monthly basis, while it rose to 151.5 percent on an annual basis.
