The Turkish Interior Ministry announced on Monday the arrest of 26 suspects in an operation against ISIS terrorist financing sources.

The ministry said in a statement that simultaneous raids were carried out on the places of 27 wanted persons in 12 provinces, including Balikesir, Adana, Ankara, Istanbul, Bursa, Hatay and Şanlıurfa.
During the operation, 26 people were arrested, while the teams continue to work to arrest the remaining person.

The teams seized many prohibited publications and digital materials during the inspections.
