On Monday, an Israeli army force opened fire towards a Palestinian near the “Talmon” settlement, west of Ramallah, in the center of the occupied West Bank, according to Hebrew media.
The official Kan channel said that the soldiers shot at the Palestinian youth, claiming that he was throwing stones at Israeli cars.

She indicated that the injured was dealt with by the Palestinian Red Crescent, without indicating the nature of the injury and its severity.
However, eyewitnesses said that a 16-year-old minor was shot in the shoulder by live bullets, which was fired by the guard of Talmon settlement, west of Ramallah.
The witnesses added that the minor was injured in the shoulder, and was transferred to the Palestine Medical Complex (governmental) for treatment.
Medics said that the injured person was in stable condition, as he was admitted to operations upon arrival at the hospital.
