Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will begin a three-day official visit to the Turkish capital, Ankara, at the invitation of his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

This came in a statement published by the official Palestinian News Agency, quoting the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Republic of Turkey, Fayed Mustafa.

The agency stated that the two presidents will discuss during their meeting bilateral relations and ways to develop them, as well as informing the Turkish leadership of the developments of the Palestinian cause, as well as consultations on many regional and international issues.
