Turkey’s main stock index rose 0.33% or 30,629 points on Friday, starting today at 91,833.88 points.
While at Thursday’s close, the Istanbul Stock Exchange BIST 100 index rose to 91,527.59 points, with a daily trading volume of 11.6 billion Turkish liras (about 2 billion dollars).
The exchange rate of the US dollar / Turkish lira also increased to 6.4080 as of 09:30 am local time (06:30 GMT) on Friday, compared to 6.4030 at the previous close.
The exchange rate of the euro / Turkish lira also rose to 7.0880, compared to 7.0170, and the British pound was trading at 7.8770 Turkish liras. It was 7.7040 when Thursday closed.
As for oil, the price of selling Brent crude was $ 26.50 a barrel, as of 10:00 am local time (07:00 GMT) on Friday.
