The local Tolo News channel quoted (unnamed) local sources that this evening, a car bomb targeted a guesthouse belonging to the acting Afghan Defense Minister Bismillah Mohammadi.
The source explained that Mohammadi was not present at the scene during the attack, pointing out that there were no casualties after the attack.
About two hours after the attack, the channel said that shooting and explosions were still heard near the house of the acting defense minister in the center of the capital, Kabul.
