On Sunday, Istanbul witnessed anti-Israel demonstrations denouncing the “genocide” it is committing in the Gaza Strip.
Members of the Gaza Solidarity Platform organized a protest in front of the US Consulate General building in the Sariyir district of Istanbul.
The demonstrators raised Palestinian flags and banners praising the resistance of the people of Gaza and others denouncing Israel’s attacks and practices in the Gaza Strip.
In the Uskudar area, members of the “Radical Change Group” gathered in front of a metro station, chanting slogans against Israel.
The demonstrators marched from the “Festuk Agaci” metro station to Uskudar Square, amid security measures taken by police forces.
