Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina on Tuesday was widely covered by the local press.


On Wednesday, local media in Bosnia and Herzegovina paid great attention to President Erdogan’s statement about the decision to travel between the two countries using personal identity cards.

Erdogan’s visit to the mausoleum of the first president of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina Ali Izetbegovic and his speech at the Turkish-Bosnian Business Forum made headlines on Wednesday.


On Tuesday, the Turkish president began a tour of the Balkans, beginning with a visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, followed by a visit to Serbia, and from there to Croatia, the last stop of his tour.
