Erdogan’s statements came in a speech he delivered on Tuesday during his participation in the meeting of the heads of the Justice and Development Party’s branches in the Turkish states at the party’s headquarters in the capital, Ankara.
Erdogan said in this regard: “Do you think that the support of the United States of America and Europe will save you? No, he will not, but you will stop.”
He added that “the accumulation of weapons in the region of Western Thrace (northeast of Greece) and the islands does not mean anything to Turkey because its power is much greater.”

“But we would like to remind (Greece) that this step (accumulation of arms) is a hidden occupation,” he added.
