Erdogan and his Senegalese counterpart discuss the relations by phone

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed with his Senegalese counterpart Macky Sall ways to develop bilateral relations and regional issues.

The Turkish Presidency Communication Department said in a statement on Tuesday that a phone call took place between Erdogan and Sall.

He explained that the two leaders discussed issues that would develop Turkish-Senegalese relations and regional issues.

During the call, Sall wished safety for Turkey against the backdrop of forest fires.

In turn, Erdogan thanked his Senegalese counterpart for his solidarity with Turkey in fighting forest fires and stressed Turkey’s continued support for Senegal’s struggle against the Corona epidemic.
